Does anyone know how to get the transport controls working in Studio One using the buttons on my MPK49?

...and \ or my APC40 transport buttons.

i think you have to set it up as a Hardware controller.

 

yes i have transport knobs faders mutes fader banks everything linked on my akai let me check right quick but i dont think it was very hard all i did if im not mistakin was change the prog to generic 18 (push down main program knob to the left of k1) then just linked it in presonus by adding new keyboard and routing mpk to the in and the out also click split channels and i use all 16 channels of the akai

 

Yep... setting the Akai initial program to Generic 17 did the trick, everything is now Auto-mapped including Transport and I have renamed it to Studio One on my Controller.

By the way.. was there some reason you used 18 instead of 17?

also.. what exactly does splitting the channels do, what does it mean to 'use all 16 channels"?

to be honest i just put it on 18 and splitting channels and having all the channels if im not mistaking is for multi output vst like kontakt because in presonus when you multi out plugins u have to pick which channel ur control on kontakt and which channel ur keyboards using
