Has anyone tried the full version of harmony wizard and can report whether it works?

Not at all man. I find their samples rather middling in quality, and you likely have better stuff in your personal collection.

I hope you get to try S1, it is so intuitive and the workflow is the best of any DAW.

It may not have the crazy customization of Reaper, but I just want to make music and meet deadlines for my clients.

Yes the account login information, correct. It will only appear there if you logged in to PreSonus sphere account. I'm talking about the workaround to maybe add it on your own without ever needing to log in. Commonly, a software will download the picture from their server and cache it somewhere in the computer, so it wont have to download it again the next time you logged in. Problem is I don't know where StudioOne cached that avatar file. It's like the one we can do with Nexus 5, just replacing the avatar with similar file format and rename it accordingly.

Hi @Stevie Dude, I've attached a few pictures, after logging in you can upload or delete your profile picture. In my opinion the profile picture is on the PreSonus server. I specifically searched all the Studio One folders to make sure, there is no avatar profile picture.

 

By chance, are you vegan?

 

I have all the extensions from Studio One 6 and all the extension packs from Studio One 1 to Studio One 6. I've just grabbed all of the recent R2R Presonus content, including the 170GB+ pack too.

I have a fresh install of Windows, and so have no previous keys or installs.

What is the best approach for me to install things to have an as complete as possible Studio One with everything working? Happy to try myself, but just checking if there's any quirks to the process first

 

There are no quirks, everything works very conveniently and in the browser view in Studio One you have a perfect overview and insight into what is installed and you can also preview the samples, for example. I've had Studio One for several years and it runs stable without using any tricks or getting annoyed.

 

So i've decided to go for it and it worked, which means that the new S1 activation method does support 3rd party extensions



But it did ask for extension activation, so you can't just share the install files - when it asked for activation I thought it won't work as the login window hangs but in this case it just redirected to the 3rd party website where you activate the extension.

 

I am really pleased about that, I will try it out when I am healthy again
