Studio One 4.5.3 windows midi options DISAPPEARED?

    Trying to solve the problem that midi notes recorded were positioned earlier than they should be, searched and find out that maybe I should enable "Ignore Audio Device Timestamps" in Options > Advanced > Midi, but when I get there...

    What is weirder is that I can even see these options in their help viewer...

    Really need this option, since the midi offset option (100ms maximum) is not big enough for me (140ms needed with FL ASIO).
    So anyone else encountering this? Is PreSonus deleting this options? Maybe I just need to roll back to an earlier version instead, but before that I should confirm these options are available in that version.
