Anyone dived into Macro function on Studio one 4.5.1 ?
that was amazing ..
in one touch we can add stock plugins <EQ> <Compressor> in macro
so here is my doubt, is it possible for us to make third party plugins on macro function ...that is .. fab filter for eq instead or presnous stock Eq ?

 

I have a ghost in my machine:
S1 4.5.1 on Win 10 (1809)
I route an instrument (RMX) track's output to an audio track
I ask the audio track to take input from RMX
So far so good.
When I mute my intrument track . . . I still hear my instrument's output
Same with both tracks muted (instrument and audio recording track)

A few minutes later, mute is working now
I quit S1, reopen an old project (made with v4.1)
And . . . surprise ! . . . mute not working anymore.

Same erratic behavior with pitch shifting of an audio clip via inspector.
It works for one clip, not for another one.
Till now I have'nt been able to reproduce this behavior, it seems erratic.
I have workarounds, so not a big problem to work with S1 (even if it goes a bit on my nerves sometimes )
Anyone experienced something similar ?

 

Yeah,I've noticed some bugs with this v4.5.1 and Win10 Pro,me too.
For example when you group 2 tracks together;sometimes when you mute one of the two tracks,the other one doesn't mute.And few minutes later,it works normally.This bug appears randomly.

 

I hope Presonus will fix this soon.

 

Thanks, now I know it's not my machine going nuts, it's a random bug
There's no doubt that Presonus will fix it.
