I downloaded Studio One 3.5.5 with keygen from r2r, but when I load the license file it gives me "invalid license file"; i've made all the steps of the guide: first patch of the exe file, then copy and past the machine ID and finally generate the licenses.....what I'm doing wrong? Maybe I'm choosing the wrong license file (the keygen generates a lot of licenses....) ? Or maybe those ones have to be putted in a particular folder?

Before I installed this, I had Studio One prime (I completely removed it with revounistaller...).

kidding - I have the legit version.

If I remember correct the license should be stored in \my Documents to get automatically recognized. But you can drag and drop it into the offline activastion window. But again I am not sure about that.

Did you change your network settings? I use to have this problem with studio one and it was that when you de-activate or change your network card, it ask for activation again and again and again.

Uninstall everything and start again, it should work

 

No, I've never changed my network settings, and I uninstalled the software and tried again the activation several times.....should I change something about network? I really don't know what....

It runs as admin by default....

 

When first opening the R2R version of S1 ( before linking to your presaved licence and after patching the .exe file) did you select the initial screen to connect to presonus, if you did then this would block the new licence and revert to the one onthe presonus site. To correct this uninstall everything restart. reinstall as it says but do not connect to presonus on the initial S1 screen. Hope this helps.

After patching, I put the pc offline and open Studio One and select the offline activation.....I don't think it connects with presonus...

lol run as admin, dont make no difference, if you are the only user of the pc why would it matter lol

 

did you have S1 open when you patched?

 

just to make sure...
- uninstall
- clean (ccleaner or similar - not necessary just to be sure ... )
- disconnect from the internet. (not necessary just to be sure ... )
- install s1
- click offline activation and copy the activation code
- close s1 (not necessary but again just to be sure)
- run keygen as admin
- paste activation code - generate license
- patch s1 .exe - check the message "succesfully patched studio one V3"
- start s1
- acivate offline - select license file - select studio one 3 license


have fun....

I remember having issues with updating cracked S1 back when I was using it. I think what fixed it was uninstalling Studio One altogether, deleting the license file, then installing the update, then patching it. For some reason I wasn't able to just install an update over the existing program and patch it

you don't have a copy of Pro Tools First installed by any chance ?
i did a fresh win 10 install a few weeks ago and PT First was the first DAW i installed..
i then went to install S1 3.5.5 R2R and for the life of me couldn't get it to auth..
kept getting "wrong licence for this computer" or something similar when launched
i ended up rolling back to the previous windows backup before PT First was installed and S1 auth fine after that.
i can't be 100% sure PT First or Avid's associated licensing app was messing with R2R's auth process but as this was a fresh install with no prior S1 version on there i think it was the issue.
anyway, just a suggestion..

 

I have seen this problem, and it is very RANDOM. It can happen three times in a row, it can not happen 5 - 10 times in a row. Net connection makes no difference, Admin rights makes no difference. I keep the keygen on the desktop for instant re-use That works every time but is a pain. I have used a batch file to start S1, and that seems to make it worse. Possible, I think the software may have been changed from Presonus to piss us pirates off? Maybe they track valid licence numbers, but that does not explain the no network problem... I also noticed Gladiator VST hacks are notorious for failing with or without net connections. Baffling. R2R keygens used to be very specific to the S-1 version, but they may have become corrupted and re-used by uploaders? Not a perfect binary match sort of? Not sure but this issue is very annoying.

 

Guys! I was struggleing around for a couple hours to figure this out somehow, but I found the solution. Probably, the r2r stuff generated wrong license files because I had a double acute character "Ő" in my user name (András Gerő). It worked immediatelly after I changed that letter. Check your letters cheers.
