I was a Studio One 2.5 user and never had any problem like this, same pc, same OS.

Installed Studio One 3.1.1 , everything fresh from scratch (formating hd) and its working fine, instruments, audio tracks, vst´s.

When i was exporting some mixdown for reference, boom! Laptop restarts.
Tried exporting in .wav, .mp3, it keeps restarting.

Did anyone had the same problem?

I´m in Windows 7 pro 64 bits, Studio One 3.1.1.35857 (r2r version)

 

Make certain that all of your Wondows libraries are up to date (DotNet, Virtual C++, etc...).

Try repairing instal or, uninstalling and reinstalling Studio One. Install could have become
corrupted somehow.

Make certain that you do a cleanup of temp folder before launching Studio One for the first time
after correcting any install issues.

I deleted the licences folder inside Studio One 3 directory, did them again without re-patching the .exe and seems to be working fine so far.
