After I changed power supply (now is MS Platinum) I'm experiencing some strange issues after I turn off my PC.
When I turn off Windows 10 my M-Audio sound card has strange popping sound like LFO applied on oscillator :) Like, after turning off, power supply FAN slowing down ?!? And it happen when PC is completely turned off. Brrrrrrrrr rrr rrr rr (and then stops) WTF...
Already tried to switch outlet and position.
    Any ideas?

If you hear the noise right after you power off it sounds to me like a capacitor discharging, if it started happening right after you changed the power supply I think that would be the first place to look?

Was the change to the new power supply an upgrade, or did you have a previous problem?

If the old PSU was OK, why not switch back and see if it sorts the problem?

There is no problems with old one PSU. Yes, like capacitor discharging.

Dump the new PSU.Probably poor build, cheap chinese capacitors.
