    Hi everyone
What about running a thread about UK Steppers and Dub production?
Sharing our own stuff to discuss and our personal favorites and milestones?
Would be a pleasure for me to meet other people searching for THAT heavyweight sound and share some of our production secrets.
Well, let me start with the new riddim me and my friend made, what do you think, honestly?

    Theres a Dubwise too.

We're very interested about how it sounds to YOU on YOUR speakers/headphones and what we could improve in your opinion.
You can download them free via Bandcamp if you like.
Hope to see you soon with the heavyweight stuff you got! Lightning and thunder!
    One Love

    Sorry for my bad english

first things first. Thanks for sharing your music!
great vibes. keep going for it!

What i thought was missing, when listning to the first track, got served in the 2nd track!
i was missing the sirens and the zaps and all the juicy delay/feedback magic that i associate with "propper dub"

my tips would be. Take carre of the "highs" in your percussions. they seemed alittle too bright and harss to my ears
the same goes for the different sounds you have going. they all seemed to want to have more attention to make them sound more "round" or "analouge". tame them abit and try to make them sound more "fuller" or "real". Try with some saturation . maybe introduce some flutter or some minor flanger/phacer or distortion.

overall mix critic, maybe too much sub, and too little "mids":mates:

Thats why we call it "Riddim" and "Dubwise".
Big thanks for your feedback, i agree with some of your opinion, especially about the subs and highs. The "flutter"-thing sounds quite interesting, will try it out.
Tnx for your time and advice
    One love:mates:
