And I Use Cubase For Years And Groove Agent is like World of Sample Editor For Drums BUT Some Sound Like Clap On EDM Genre Is Need To Shifting to Set With Beat !!! i Mean like Vengeance Shift Clap Libray and i cant find or i can option for that
in main window of cubase left side in Inspector Part We Have Option For That And You Can Set -100 ms but with its for all the pattern and i want in Groove Agent and just Cap PAD
Like Xfre Nerve Its Have Option and set -100 ms

Go to the mixer. At the top of each output section (kick/snare/whatever) there's an output selector directly above the pan slider. Usually this is set to "Kit mix", but if you click it you can select a mix, the aux busses or any of the 16 direct DAW output channels.
Then you can just use the track inspector to shift the claps.
