Static in headphones

    So, I just got some DT880s and a Bravo V2 amp
    There's static and it's making me crazy.

    The connection goes like this
    Audiobox USB to BravoV2 via 3.5m male to male and then the phones into the amp via 6mm plug

    However, when I just have the headphones plugged into the Audiobox there is 0 static, it's only happening when I use the amp.
    Do you think the amp is faulty?
    Any ideas?

    I've tried multiple cables so I know it isn't them.
