melodyne is going to be what you want inside your daw and studio one and sonar are the 2 to look at there. Sonar seems like it has really grown and evolved into the next gen daw I want to use and with all they added last year its going to be interesting to see what they add this next year. I might dabble with some pro tools and reaper but I compose and record inside sonar now.

I stopped following this thread when this got sidetracked and it stopped being about PT versions and stability. I'm taking it back to summarize its main points. Clarify if I'm wrong.

    Some corrections first:

PT 9 is XVX. They worked their crack up to 9.0.4 for Mac only.
PT 10 is team VR's and JustTryin's. On Windows, JustTryin's patch has been updated to 10.3.9. The only PT 10 crack on the Mac is Openssh's success, version 10.3.10.
Pro Tools 11 has never been cracked.
Now we have Pixie's trophy for Windows users. Mac users reportedly continue to drool over it, hoping the Mac side will see it.

    As for stability:

For those with old Macs, XVX's 9.0.2 is the most stable of all.

PT10 has reportedly been buggy. AudioUtopia's beats the hell out of it.

BTW, Openssh's 10.3.10 for Mac works flawlessly.

I apologize in advance for trolling by comparing Win/Mac releases side by side. ;)

Ha! I will say this once and I hope I don't come across the wrong way. I own PT 11 and I'm more than happy with it. I don't need any PT12 crack for a simple reason: My workflow is working and flowing like that and I won't sacrifice productivity for the new toy onsite. I'm sorry if my post sounded like Mac request. I never meant for it to be like that.
