Today I play with Mural and I notice a lot of samples has a strange sound in background, something like chair movement etc.

Per example, put patch V1/individual brushes/V1 - long CS and play key F4, on some keys are louder on some less louder, on some keys there is nothing just a violin.

Sometimes is sound like someone press pause on recorder :)

On some key I hear like someones drop something on floor, but I don't know which patch and which key.

    Is this normal?

(note: probably never get hear this until I put headphones :))

    Edit:

    I found more errors...

V1 patch with all articulations, play A4 nad Ab4, there is a strange mixture of some other pitch sample

    Mural is full of errors!

    Quote from Spitfire Audio website:

"Just like film sessions we keep things moving along and we encourage players to play in a way that makes every note different, just as it would do in real life. We keep the squeaks, the fruitier tuned notes, lose pizzicatos? Well thats how they would be. Artifacts in the harmonics longs? if that’s how it sounds, that’s how it stays."

You can use the COG patch to fix it by skipping the round robin - Mural manual page 21 on COG.

Yeah, I thinking about that... remember I read that sometimes and somewhere on spitfire page so this is why I put "wanted noise or error"... It's confirmed now it's wanted, maybe :)

    "It's not a bug, it's a feature":
So basically this product costs +/- 600 USD and we are finding some defects that the editor doesn't intend to correct, am I right?

I'll bet if you compose a beautiful piece of music with it you won't notice or care about the imperfections.
