i believe just the last one i gave up on omnisphere because of this update confusion to

 

Install in this order :

1. Spectrasonics.Stylus.RMX.v1.5.VSTi.RTAS.AU.HYBRID.DVDR.D1-DYNAMiCS
2. Spectrasonics.Stylus.RMX.v1.5.VSTi.RTAS.AU.HYBRID.DVDR.D2-DYNAMiCS
3. Spectrasonics.Stylus.RMX.v1.9.5d.UPDATE.ONLY.WIN.OSX.Incl.Keygen-AiR (this one because I'm not sure the next contains Data Installer v1.7, Sage converter v1.5.1d and AiR's keygen)
4. Spectrasonics.Stylus.RMX.v1.9.6e.Update.Only.Win.OSX

You must have now :

- Data Installer v1.7
- Sage converter v1.5.1d
- Software v1.9.6e

5. Run Stylus and then unlock with AiR's keygen
6. Install SAGE Xpanders :

Ilio :

- Big Bad Beat
- Ethno Techno
- Skippy's Noizbox
- Stark Raving Beats

Spectrasonics :

- BackBeat
- Burning Grooves
- Liquid Grooves
- Metamorphosis
- Retro Funk

7. Install third party libraries...

Welcome in the wonderful world of Stylux RMX... My favourite drum machine !

BTW, I've lost "Burning Grooves Liner Notes.pdf". It will be nice if someone can send it to me...

 

If in doubt, install them all, done it several times, no issues, just make sure to use the last Air Keygen for all Spectrasonics Apps.

I haven't tried it, but I'd be willing to bet, you could install just the original ISO's version, and then the latest update.

If anyone does this, be sure to let us know how it worked out... Of course that applies to software, patches, and sound source updates.

All Spectrasonics apps, just way too powerful... to 'give up on'.. IMO.

 

here is what I did to get it working

Spectrasonics.Stylus.RMX.v1.5.VSTi.RTAS.AU.HYBRID.DVDR.D1-DYNAMiCS

Spectrasonics.Stylus.RMX.v1.5.VSTi.RTAS.AU.HYBRID.DVDR.D2-DYNAMiCS

Then I applied all the updates released by AiR in order After that I installed : Spectrasonics.Stylus.RMX.v1.9.6e.UPDATE.WiN.only. And used the Keygen. from AiR. So far so good on my end

Here is the list of everything Released by "Scene" groups over the years so you can get the whole package if you want to.

On a side note, anyone know how, or if it is possible to NOT show Trilian patches in the Omnisphere browser?

 

@ One Reason yes but both must be installed and both up to date for that and the VIP patches to work. VIP patches are patches using both at the same time.

 

well, my VIP patches working fine, would just be nice not to have to scroll thru all the trilian patches, when navigating the Omnisphere library.

Ill just do what I have been doing, and navigate one library at a time from the drop down menu.

 

As a side note - can anyone point me in the direction of the above mentioned AiR's seemingly 'Omni' Spectrasonics Keygen?

I too were/am confused by all the Omnisphere updates and I've read on Posts that if you have the correct keygen then you can simply skip right ahead to the most up to daye available version.

Any help would be gratefully received!

Not True crichton13 most of the updates also include patches and presets, I would get them all. Btw the RSA All products Keygen is in the last few AiR updates

@ One Reason use the pulldown window, the arrrow is right next to the word "All" where it says Directory NOT category.From there you will be able to pick only the Omni libary

 

This one contains all patches and presets included in previous updates :

In case of reinstall, legit users needs to download latest update only.

Using the latest software update appears to be fine, and works, not sure how you would go about cleaning up the soundsource and patch library updates.

Does anyone actually know if the latest versions of these contain all.. the updates?

 

I have another problem when i try to install some of the third party librarys with included RMX installer like from Big Fish Audio it´s always say Stylys isn´t installed propertly

But Stylys is working fine.

Maybe it´s because V 1.5 is installed in program files and when you upgrade to a newer version it change that dir to documents and settings instead of just beeing in program files.

I tried to do a workaround so that the content was pointed to the program files dir but Stylys wouldn´t accept that.

And as i have the SAGE folder on a different HD and i have to have a shortcut to the SAGE dir.
I couldn´t get it to recognize the SAGE folder after the upgrade as i didn´t know that it changed the dir to documents and settings instead of the usual program files.

Luckily i read on another vst forum (you all know the name )how to get it to recognize the SAGE folder

Even if spectrasonic is as good as it can be in terms of sound quality and everything. The mac thinking programmers really stinks when it came to the windows versions of their software.

So now i can´t install all those RMX Lib:s i have i have to import them manually.

If anyone have a solution to that problem plz inform me

 

I've been using Spectrasonics instruments since Atmosphere and Stylus and have always updated as and when the updates became available and have had no problems....With Omnisphere and Trillian especially the complexity of the patches and pre sets ssort of moves with the updates....I've seen messages along the lines of 'patch library is newer than version' with a friends version of Trillian.....I don't think any of Mykals mentioned librarys will have any problems with RMX from 1.5 onwards as they're not exactly new!!

@ Guitarmaniac64, I'm pretty sure that's the only way!!!

One thing I will add though, in my humble opinion RMX is amazing for auditioning tops and percs especially hats bongos auditioning anything even breaks and bass, I personally couldn't be without it!!!!

 

As long as you get all the library updates, the program comes in solo updates as /just the app/ pretty much so you only need the latest app version, at least that's how it is for PC
