Yes, you have to install all DVD's before you can use the Omnsiphere.

Falcon and Omnisphere are very different synthesizers. In my opinion, Omnisphere has a much more varied range of sounds, focusing not so much on replicating hardware synths but on creating really new sounds.

I see it a little differently. As a sound designer, I created sound banks for both synthesizers. The sound creation is similar for both synthesizers. Oscillators -> Filters -> ADSR Effects. http://ohlenbostelhelge.magix.net/public/misc.htm

The two manufacturers cannot do anything for the Sound Designer Sound Libraries to manufacture and market. Anyone can create sounds with the two plugins and sell them on the Internet. As a sound designer, you can apply to both companies with your sound banks.

Onmnisphere has a forerunner, the Atmosphere VSTi with a UVi engine. Spectrasonics announce Atmosphere Dream Pad Module

Uninstall & Clean Up

Official installer does not have uninstaller.
You need to remove them by hand.

If you want to remove previous license,
remove : %PROGRAMDATA%\Spectrasonics\AUDIO*.DAT
Install

We recommend you to authorize with standalone version.
Run the software. Authorization starts.

these flags are used to check additional activation info.
You can check what additional product license is included in our keygen.

More Story :
In our former works (and other groups too!),
we set full 16 capable flgas to activate,
But now, Spectrasonics checks the flags to trigger the timebomb.
We need to care that.
When they release new product, you need to wait the keygen update.

Can I use the patch if I ihave the vkDanilov version or will it then ask for auth if I do?

 

This is normal it will take a while to reindex the new patch also it depend on your hardware so slower pc slower time to wait, be patient leave it in the background

 

A few years ago I installed additional soundbanks (Darkless, ...) through an *.omnisphere file as far as I remember. They worked fine. But after a few updates of omnisphere itself the additional soundbanks don't work anymore. I can select the soundbank in the preset browser and I see the presets but when I double click on a preset then nothing happens. The files are present on the hard drive. Is there a way to preserve the functionality of these soundbanks? Maybe I did something wrong while updating? Usually I overwrite the existing files with the files provided with the update package.

Install
1.) Unrar/Unzip the Soundbank with WinRar or the Free 7-Zip
2.) Copy & Paste the Soundset " into:
C/\Program Files/Spectrasonics/STEAM/Omnisphere/Settings Library/Patches/User

a. Load the Omnisphere and use the Preset Browser
b. Go to the Directory: User
c. Use the ' Rescan/Refresh ' Button Option in the Omnisphere Browser

Yes - The UVI engine was very fast then as now. Just the thing for streaming large files.

The sound was terrific and on the UVI engine it sounded better to me than it did today in Omnisphere.

Unfortunately, I couldn't solve the riddle.

 

that's really true. when I had a working version of the spectrasonics stuff I was really happy with it.
I don't have anymore and I eliminated all the files now I trying Falcon and I find it effective because the sounds are easy to fit in and then you can make them yours.
