Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2 ~ R2R Close Omnisphere 2 Instance not working

    Guys, after patching and navigating to the 'omnisphere.dll' I then input the RESPONSE code i generate into the Omnisphere Instance... once i click enter it then tells me to close this instances of Omnisphere 2 and reopen to see if it has worked...

    everytime i do this i need to input the response code again!!

    when i patched yesterday it was successful... now this morning i am doing it it says 'failed patching'

    PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?
