Still, I'd rather get DECAP than Radiator. And then for like 5 bucks more, you can get the whole bundle. (200 for just Decapitator, so close enough).

The little model of 1 plugin for 200 x whatever number of files = 1 milllllion dollars. But luckily, all for just 400. I hope they like how 0 works for them, because it's fine with me. I just will get something else from someone who's pricing model isn't forceful or delusional.

I'd rather get back to this free plugin. And how it is ok for free, and they are insane for whatever they are charging for this single plugin; or the one I would like to buy. For the 50 bucks it's worth. This is why stemmed old projects can suck because of file size, but there is not many changes these people can make to force you into paying to get open work you already paid to do; for a second time.

Back when they last made some plugins, what could you do? Buy another hard drive just to stem all this stuff? 4tb for 100 or 200 for decap. Tough math, no? Way easier that storage has become so inexpensive so quickly.

And it's a third party protection system. I refuse to let any security to someone else than the developer of the tool I use.
And we can also add something obvious: iLok gathers informations (at least their existence on your computer) on the developers you use for your practice.

It is normal that software vendors need protection. But it is not normal to delegate this protection to a third party. Especially when it requires an additional installation of a software which takes resources of your computer and which also scans and gathers information about your computer, the developers you support by your practice, those who are iLok clients, those who are not, the time you spend on your iLok protected products, the products you potentially may have cracked, etc. And especially when it is now proven that developers can provide this protection individually by themselves, as shown by the vast majority of developers who use protection by serial number or by challenge-response or by a banal internet validation : U-He, Native Instruments, Ableton, Image Line, Lennar Digital, Cockos, Xfer, KV331, FabFilter, RefX, Bitwig, Synapse, Korg, GForce, Spectrasonics, Reveal Sound, D16 Group, Rob Papen, Modartt, AAS, TAL (Togu Audio Line), Waldorf, KarmaFX, DiscoDSP, Tone2, Sonic Charge, Audjoo, Cherry Audio, GSi, Melda Production, Nomad Factory, Novation, ToonTrack, WA Production, Xhun Audio, etc. and I forget tons and tons... all these companies (either big either little) proove everyday that if a copy protection is required for their understandable business there is no need to delegate it to a third party which justifies its existence only in this police!
