Soundtoys 5 not found?

    So, I own the legit and need to use it!!! Does anyone have any workarounds or a solved solution in Win10? Latest Ilok, Reaper n' Windows. Thank you for any and all help. :)

    Well, they work no probs on pro tools as AAX but don't scan or work with Reaper? Looking for a fix? Thanks.

    If Reaper failed during a previous scan go to the plugin ini file and remove STs entries. Reaper will think they are new and rescan them without the need to rescan each and every plugin that you own the legit copy of ;).

    Thanks for the great posts however it still isn't working? Rough, I was really looking to change but if I cant use a 500 bundle I shelled out I cant do it. Blows man :( Seems like cubase has a similar issue!

    Maybe I should should just do a complete reinstall, sh!te. I'd really like to figure it out beforehand :(

    Uhhhgggg.... Finally!!! I figured it out damnit lol!!!

    Remove your old Pace ilok Manager before installing otherwise it won't complete the install.

    Re-install latest Soundtoys 5.3.2 to default directory>C>Program Files>VstPlugins>Soundtoys
    It will prompt to install the proper Pace ilok Manager and then to reboot.

    Copy all .dll's from C>Program Files>VstPlugins>Soundtoys) to:
    C>Program Files>Common Files
    C>Program Files>Common Files>VST2
    C>Program Files>Steinberg>VSTPlugins

    3. Open Reaper, should automatically re-scan = done.

    Edit: Slight tweak = cleaner/faster

    Glad you found the solution.
    Anyway it's better to avoid Steinberg folder. I know some vst automatically look for this folder, but I manually install them to program files / vst/

    Thanks for the knowledge!

    Clear cache/rescan generally solves all issues! But you don't need to have Auto-detect on.

    Ya know it's funny because I actually tried clearing it the day before with no luck. I then tried again after moving all the.dll's and hit Auto - Boom! Worked! Random, strange, whatevs lol, it's workin hot dayum! :yes:
