Hey friends...

I was listening my old FL projects that I had on old windows... now im using Logic Pro but I always had great tones on tracks or even on master using the FL Soundgoodizer or Maximus....

Could someone tell me if there is similar plugins that you recommend to run with Logic Pro?

 

What stops you to copy number values in Maximus to any other multiband compressor? Soundgoodizer is simply 4 presets in Maximus.

oooor you know you can get flplugins as vstis for pcand mack and bring over you fruity presets

 

IF I use a multiband comp on the mixbuss the only one I use is McDSP ML4000

You could try MIA 358 Enhancer for similar results but more tweakabilty than soundgoodizer

 

you can use maximus in any daw

 

yes, I know I can.... but, sometimes something sounds good with "that combination" which happens that way and sounds good just the way it goes....

Im trying to reproduce that...

I already installed the FL mac version, but I don't figured how to use the Image-Line FL plugins as vsts on logic... it is possible? if yes... how?

 

Looks like you can only use FL plugins [mac] within the DAW! unless anybody knows of a mac plugin pack???

No you can't use vst on a mac in Logic; Logic only uses AU.
Was just reading through; seems they meant the presets are universal?

 

heres one thats not been mentiond as a alternative avox punch is awsome for everything other than vocals lol

 

Sonic oxford inflator for loudness and waveshaping, Slate digital Fresh air is free exciter. Check out analog obsession very good vsts for free with oversampling. If you want a good multiband compressor go for fabfilter

 

Honestly there is nothing like Maximus in terms of tone.

I don't know why everybody is specifically telling about multi-band compressors.
Maximus is much more then that, it has a broadband limiter, a clipper, high and low cut and it does stereo manipulation.
all that with decent look-ahead and oversampling.
