Now, if you mean it's a rotten turn of things, I'll agree, though that's what I expected to happen when Epic ("Game Store," mind you, solely interested in acquisition,) grabbed them up, so I wasn't shocked when they up-ended, streamlined, down-sized, and sold them off.
But everybody is owned by somebody... who's owned by somebody else... who supports somebody or something that's foul. The bottom line is, the bottom line is all that matters to anyone... and power, but those become interchangeable at some point.
When you grow up, you realize that, as much as you can hold your convictions and beliefs and do what you can to fight back against the bullshit of the world, you can't forego using or supporting something you don't agree with, e.g.; You need a new car for your daily commute. You can only logically buy from company from company A, B, or C. Company-A uses child labor, Company-B is a financial supporter of David Duke & Co., and Company-C tests their cars out by running over boxes of kittens.
Welcome to the world we live in.
(A better example might've been PCs, but I didn't want this to turn to the thousands of filthy things that the two definitely-not-a-duopoly computer companies have associated themselves with. Mine's a ground-up rig built from components and I still feel mildly dirty.)

Those are quite strong words used against someone you've never met and have had no conversation with previously.

I can appreciate a divergence of opinion, but kindly keep your opinion about me to yourself. I've never attacked anyone, or debased their intelligence or eyesight previously on here, and I don't care to either, partly because I don't feel as strongly as you do about the topic discussed, and partly: manners and kindness.

Kindly read your words again, aloud if you're alone, and feel the spiteful energy behind them.

Not cool.
