I unsuccessfully installed Keyscape earlier today (can't get it authorized) and after I gave up on it realized that my legit copy of Omnsiphere (v1) is no longer authorized! I tried authorizing through my Spectrasonics account but the challenge code I'm getting from Omnisphere (loaded as VST in Cubase) keeps returning an error:

"You attempted to register Omnisphere v1.
If you continue to get this error, please contact Technical Support for further assistance."

I'm up against a deadline so I don't want to wait on Technical Support. I've removed all traces of Keyscape from my machine (but it's backed up on an external drive). How do I re-authorize Omnisphere?

no good being on a deadline if you cant use omni, you might want to try and use the 2048 keygen grom R2R and see if that works untill you can get support from spectrasonics

 

Were you trying to use keyscape within omnisphere or by itself ? I have legit omnisphere and the only way to use both ( using crack keyscape within legitvomnisphere) that i know of is using the r2r keygen and authorize both. I would assume it would be similar for mac as i am on windows. You also need to clean all the data files associated with omnisphere *not* the steam folder unless you want to go thru the hassle again so dont delete the steam folder. Hope that helps

 

@DJK I tried using the R2R keygen, but it crashes Cubase every time I try to authorize with the response code (I tried with wifi on and off - same thing both times)

@Tew500 - I was trying to use Keyscape as a VST in Cubase (did NOT load in Omnisphere - the instruments never showed up in Omnisphere, because I think I have v1 and not v2). What do you mean by cleaning all the data files? Do you mean the component + VST (which I believe are .dll on Windows?). I followed the instructions posted by mono ages ago. I haven't made any changes to the STEAM folder (moving, deleting, etc.) except for adding Keyscape. I've since removed all the Keyscape files on my system, but I don't understand why Omnisphere is no longer working since I didn't do anything with its file structure.

I did search my email and found the challenge code that I used when I initially registered Omnisphere 7 years ago and noticed that it's not the same as what Omnisphere is giving me now. Not sure if that matters here...
