Upgrade price is a no-brainer. The new features are pretty nice especially having the option to choose between the old and new sound engine. I upgraded and had a quick run through, it sounds great. The gui switcher is a little buggy, I think it always has been, but at 100% it's perfect for my tired eyes. Not a fan of the color, would be nice to be able to switch to the original color theme but maybe in the future that'll be an option. Overall, really nice update.

The old one was already good, so nice to see Sonic Projects aren't resting on their laurels.

 

This thing should be able to annihilate even recent 16-core cpus, with just a few notes playing.

My system is an older AMD Ryzen 5 3600x 6 core, and running eight instances of the the full fat version hits my CPU between 50-60%. DIVA in divine mode hits my CPU around the same with just 3 instances using similar complex patches. For most people I don't think they'll have any issues running the full version, even on older systems. But it is nice to have scaled down versions just in case theyre needed.
