the beat is cool, laid-back but powerful..

 

yes.made 6 tracks.
only "vintage drums",pianos and samples..something simple.
no studio,just old houses,and Low-temperature..

 

the piano sounds good, too. but also little bit alone.. and you really don't wanna add some kind of harmonic bed? the bass is hardly audible..

 

i had 2 mics,and one tape machine to record the full sound.
bass?are you talking about that little fragment glued to the bass drum?in the last part of the track?
vocals and bass,are missing in all the tracks.
i understand what you're saying..and you are right.
but finding someone in the arctic,to play with,was impossible...
so i decided to keep things like they were recorded.

Well I have to say that this is great music! Makes me wanna take out the 5string. Great track! I really enjoyed this alot! For recording in such a harsh environment, this sounds very energetic, WARM, and uplifting
