It's been a long time since I last logged on to AudioSex...

I found this song I made like one and a half years ago, and I actually really thought it has potencial. It has a special vibe and is important to me, and I wondered how others might judge it. I know it needs some mixing... not to speak of mastering, but thats not important now.
Anyways, even thought I havent been an active (or even passive) user on this forum lately, I hoped that some of you guys give me some of your thoughts and feedback for old times sake...

This reminds me of '97-99, back when all was good and well. but with a twist. Maybe a little bit stompy for today's tastes, but that isn't really a complaint!

Sounds cool but I think it would sound even better if you had the bass following the harmony later on.

Changing the bass notes to follow the chord progression.

 

digging it... like the fat layered synth...and the chunky bass.. almost sounds like a polka rhythm in some spots
( not that it's bad or anything, but I get the stompy comment ) Overall a nice little piece, could maybe add a little airy part somewhere, as it seemed a bit short, left me wanting to hear more somehow.. and that can't be a bad thing
