Some saturator for mac?

    Nice saturation plugin for dance music? I actually have sausage fatterer, Saturn by da fab filter and the classic camel crush.

    I'd like to find generic/multiple saturator/exciter to color with harmonics my sounds!

    brainworx saturator V2, Soundtoys Decapitator, PSP vintage warmer, sonnox inflator and spl twintube are my choices for almost situations

    Waves Saphir and iZotope Ozone work well for harmonic enhancement. Soundtoys Decapitator does too.

    yeah, trash 2 is pretty good, also guitar rig is good for beating stuff up as well... a lot of edm/electronic is saturated by pushing multi band compressors etc... so you might want to look into that as well....

    For shaping EDM sounds check out the drop by cytomic it's actually a filter but it can get really dirty

    From my experience different type of saturator work better on different sound in EDM..
    So for my drums I like to use iZotope Ozone tape and for bass sounds in the mid range I like FabFilters
    Saturn.
    Brainworx saturator V2 is from plugin alliance, it is also a good for shaping and Soundtoys Decapitator is a all round distortion!

    Mixing of different type of Saturating is better I think then just one over the full mix for shaping in EDM .

    If had to pick one it would be the iZotope Ozone tape over the full mix of the mixdown as the bottom end sound warm and Punchy!
    EDM it all about the bottom end.

    I completely forgot about this one. Ill play with in in the new track Im working on tonight.

    Yes, Saturn is quite nice for bringing the sizzle back in my growls and leads that I lost in my post processing. Just a touch to the hi mids
