Hello everybody...

I am currently having some trouble and I have no idea on how to fix it?!

Problem:
- When trying to load (any) instruments from these libraries "shevannai", "Synegy (X)", "shreddage 2", (and some more)

I get the famous error "This patch is encrypted and cannot be loaded unless the respective Library is registered properly".


Specs:
Kontakt version: 5.3 R2R unlocked (updated 5.2.1 R2R)
Prevous kontakt version was 5 (legit - Komplete 8 Ultimate bundle)
I unintentionally uninstalled service center a while ago
Windows 7 x64, Intel i7, 8GB RAM

Failed solutions:
Uninstalling kontakt, then deleting (with Regedit) keyfiles and also deleting XML files (in program files/Native instruments/Service center)


Plz help me fix this error... I Really want to use these libraries asap :'( :'( :'(

what ? this year is a "year of kontakt" by the chinese calender ?!?????

 

It's because 5.3 didn't have a proper cracked service center. You must install 5.2 release and then install 5.3 WITHOUT uninstalling 5.2

 

Make sure you fully updated kontakt 5 and the new kontakt 5.dll went into your vst folder, verify by clicking the NI Logo on the top right corner. if all good continue below:

Remove The Libraries from the library tab in kontakt and delete these following registry Keys(only for PC Sorry)

Right-Click and delete
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Synergy (K5DbCacheImportData)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Synergy (K5DbCacheImportSize)
Click Yes

Now Right-Click:
CurInstrDir and click Modify
Go to your sample library and copy the location of the instrument folder and add it in the Value data box
(it should look something like below)
R:\Big Fish Audio Collection\Shevannai Library\Instruments
Click Okay
(Do this for all other offending libraries)

Go to:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center\Synergy.xml
and delete it remove fully from the recycle Bin(empty that baby lol)(and all other offending libraries)

Make sure Kontakt close!!! Open it click the refresh button beside the Add Library Tab, then Add Synergy again and it should work(at least you hope)If not,


Delete all of the following locations

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Synergy
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Synergy Library

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Synergy
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Synergy Library
====
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Content
(Delete anything named Synergy, all of them must be deleted)Very important!!!!

Folder location:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center\Synergy.xml

(Do this for all other offending libraries)

Add the library in kontakt it should work now!!!!

Yes, it's looks a a mess but its very easy if you follow my directions and this will fixed all libraries giving you these issues. Please say thanks and if you need more help give me a shout. Copy and save this Anyone reading it for future Reference!!!!!

afaik you're having a problem to play around with K'd lib. You shouldn't say "asap".
My employers/bosses tell me "asap".

If you want to "have a right" to say "asap", just buy Kontakt and the libs... then you'll be owed something.

I have trouble with my Kontakt too... it loads every library and I don't know what to do

First of all thanks for the reply etc, however i am already failing in the first part
because i cant find "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Synergy (K5DbCacheImportData)& (K5DbCacheImportSize)....

The only things that are there are these (in the attachment) :/ Please help me

 

Okay that's not a problem(it just didn't register correctly) just delete all the locations i give you and add the library again, but double check that those locations are deleted or not there. Cheers

I tried every single step you suggested but it did not work... The same thing keeps popping up.. :/ Could it have something to do with the fact that I had a legitim library before the R2R version? :/

I don't think so, unless you updated a a legit 5.2 with a cracked 5.3 then it's a problem!!!

Did my tips work for any of the libraries, if not you should uninstall Kontakt 5 and install 5.2 then update to 5.3.0 both R2R, delete those locations again and readd the libraries in kontakt, that's all i can tell you at the moment

 

Saddly it did not work ... i Uninstalled kontakt, deleted all these things, but still did not work (Shevanna library) :/

I guess i am doomed forever... :/

One more thing, when i add this library and i try to load it, alswas a sc3.temp files pops up on my desktop :/ (in attachemnt)

Basically rename that file shevanni.xml say okay or yes if a warning window pops up and move the file to
C:Program Files/Common Files/Native Instruments/Service Center
