Hi guys. After reading some posts on internet concerning crash (suprisingly on Mac) i start to look on some background applications running while trying to start Izotope Ozone or Neutron on Win 10. Aaaaaandddd, I found out that in my case with Nvidia GK i also was running 'Riva Tuner Statistic Server' alongside with 'MSI Afterburner'. There was an option on the Riva Tuner GUI called 'Application detection level' and it was set to "LOW" state. I changed it to "NONE", and voilĂ  it worked on Neutron. No crashes anymore. I think it will also work on Ozone but i didnt tried it yet.

EDIT: Ozone works too . No crash anymore.

    Oh my god. Thank you!
I just recently upgraded my GPU, tried on some benchmarks and Riva Tuner got onto my setup. Uninstalled it and it all works fine.

Adding some keywords, for the ones struggling in the future:
Unable to find currently running copy of Pro Tools.
    Pro Tools crashing iZotope rx7 rx8 rx9 rx10
Pro Tools crash when using iZotope.
Windows 10 Pro Tools crashing iZotope.
