So, long story short I'm trying to get UA Connect up and running, and I'm already at an impasse. The dreaded "Launch issue" error keeps showing up. Thinking it was an iLok issue, I scour the depths of my system to pick and toss each and every possible remnant of iLok that could possibly trip up the system— no difference in results.

I'm on OSX 13.7.8 Ventura with an Intel i5 machine. Has anyone ran into this cursed issue? Any and all help is greatly appreciated, and Merry Christmas!

 

Launch issue? If something is complicated enough where you are scouring your system for ilok remnants to fix it (i'm not sure why you would have to), you should elaborate or post some kind of link to information about it.

When you say "scour", do you mean not using Find Any File?

I actually found the solution, I needed to reinstall iLok and log into it with the same ID and everything. I appreciate it. Wish they made it clear instead of needing to seek help from forums, as much as they're helpful.

 

oh. that will definitely do it. I was guessing you would be heading to your Little Snitch or LuLu rules.
