Softwares to facilitate providing content for social media

    Hi guys,
    What softwares do you use to make your music suitable to be shared on Instagram, twitter, facebook, youtube and other social medias?
    For instance, you've produced a beat and you wanna share it on Instagram. Since you cannot share the mp3 file you have to attach it to a picture or make short video with music on it(Anyways it is a video) and there 1 minute limitation. What software do you use to be able to make short videos which are good for sharing on social network?
    For example, I don't know the exact settings for exporting for social medias in adobe premiere I end up with large files. Like 1 minute video is 50 mb! or something like that which is a lot!
    Other problem is when you are sharing stories on IG you have to post a video and I want these stuff to be fast. Like I want 10 sec of my music to be shared and it takes time going to premiere editing all that shit going back and forth.
    Give me a workflow, suggestion or anything useful regarding this matter.
    I am sure this topic would be useful for any musician willing to share its work on social medias.

    I use Instagram stories templates for Premiere. There are a bunch out there. Pick the one similar to what you like and tweak it.
