    1.Adobe After Effects. (pricey)
2.Apple Motion (less pricey if you got a Mac)
3.DaVinci Resolve 16 Fusion (I think could be done in Free Version too) (https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/de/products/fusion)

All of them got some hard learning curves
But you can make exactly this

Best "software" is to ask a friend who is in that matter.

For generating "effects" ordered by complexity):
Escape motions flame painter, amberlight, rebelle (these are usable without too much learning)
    Groboto
    Spirality classic
    Dynamic auto painter
Autodesk 3ds max + plugins, Maxon Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe after effects

    To edit the footage:
    Adobe Premiere, Davinci resolve

3D is an own world and it's not an easy task to generate believable effects of a certain quality. Learncurve is quite steep.
I would indeed try to find someone who could help me on this one to get professional results.
Cutting a film, bullets, titles on the other hand is quite easy.

I would use Abobe After effects. Also because there are millions of animation presets available, that can be modified by your needs easily.
    For example here:
    https://videohive.net/category/add-ons/after-effects-presets
    https://www.videocopilot.net/products/motionpulse/ (just an example...they have a lot!)
    https://motionarray.com/browse/after-effects-presets
    https://speckyboy.com/free-presets-after-effects/

There are also millions of free presets. You simply have to search at google.
Search for "After Effects motion presets", or "After Effects Text Effects", or "After Effects transitions presets" etc.

But dont think its so easy...I work with After Effects every day in my job. But for newbies its not so easy to learn. But After Effects is really a big tool for exactly what you wanna do. You can do really everything with it....even if some things are not so easy.

Of cause there is. Hire a Professional Motion Designer and pay him! :winker:
Another way for music synchronized grafic motion could be, get an old version of WinAmp and a free Addon (there were hundreds of them) for generating the visuals and make a screencapture.

Milkdrop 2.0 WinAmp Addon (There are thousand of presets for this)

    R4 Music visualizer WinAmp Addon
