Software to batch remove empty bars from midi files and split multi track midi?

    Hey!

    I've got a lot of midi packs that I would like to use in for example EZKeys2 but when I've added them and go to the browser some packs have empty bars either in front, after or both of the actual notes. What would be nice is to find software that could batch remove empty bars from these midi files so when browsing them they start from the first bar.

    Also, I'd like to know if there are similar software that can batch split and separate multi-track midi files and maintain the separate midi track names?

    Yes that would be nice.
    There are many programs that can split the tracks, (Reaper also names them according to the MIDI file)
    I don't know of anything that would remove the blank beginnings.
    It might be best if it removed only to the nearest measure so as to keep things aligned.

    But, there may be a script in Reaper that does that does that... I'll have to look
