    Hello,
I have a problem but I don't know how to solve it.
    I have a Novation Launchkey 88 Mk3 MIDI controller keyboard that I use with Ableton Live Suite 12.2.5 (auto-updated from v. 12.1 R2R) on a Windows 11 PC.
A few weeks ago, the A4-D5 keys weren't sending MIDI, and the C6 key was now mapped to the PLAY key. The D6-C7 keys didn't work as MIDI. This is when I use Live. When I use a plugin in standalone mode (Omnisphere, Ezkeys, Analog Lab, or Kontakt), all the keys work perfectly.
I've already verified that there is no custom key map or MIDI map in Live.
In Novation Components, I see that there is no Custom Mode loaded. The firmware is up to date. I performed a factory reset through Components.
I emailed Novation but haven't received a response yet.
I'm attaching an image with the MIDI settings in Live.
I believe it's a software issue with Live. Is it worth uninstalling and reinstalling again?
Thank you in advance for your help.

i had a similar problem, with the launchpad X and a midi controller connected, which lead after a while to a crash.

I think Ableton doesnt really like it if you connect the Launchpad x and also a midi controller.

Have u tried only connect the midi controller?

I have the same issue in ProTools 12.5
Fix it after I select Midi input only.

Getting Started With Launchkey [MK3] Ableton Live Setup
    https://support.novationmusic.com/h...Started-With-Launchkey-MK3-Ableton-Live-Setup

When setting up your Launchkey [MK3] with Ableton Live, you will want to make sure to install the latest Novation USB Driver from the Launchkey [MK3] Downloads page for your device.

Go to the Preferences (Options > Preferences) and go to the Link/Tempo & MIDI tab:

Ensure to select “Launchkey MK3” for the Control Surface:

and for the Input & Output select LK MK3 DAW In port:

Your settings should match those shown here:

You'll know that the Launchkey is working with Live correctly when you see Session + Device/Volume/Pan/Sends pads light up when you hold down 'Shift'.

Yes, I only have the keyboard controller connected.
When I select only the Launchkey MK3 keyboard, MIDIIN2 (Launchkey MK3 88) appears in red under Input Ports...
    I believe it's a MIDI configuration issue.

    you are right!

i think this solved the issue in Ableton at the end for me.

i think it was something with the remote thing setting in Ableton. since the Launchpad X has no remote?!
