Soft Licenser - closed after pushing Start trial (MAC)

    Hello all!
    Problem:
    I have Cubase Elements 8 with trial for 100 years, installed at my laptop. Then, i saw Steinberg ad Stay Home Collection, installed trial for 60 days, after trial ends i request trial for Cubase Elements 10.5.

    And when i add numer to eLicense Control Center & Push Start Trial - its close.
    Re-install 3 times - no luck.

    Any advice ?
