On Mac you can find it here:

Go to program folder. Open package content of Service Center.app with right click.
Go to Contents>conf>ProductHints.xml.

Open that file. Voila!

BTW, the other day I found on a popular t0rrent tracker a recopilation of nicnt's and wallpapers called Kontakt Toolkit.

I haven't looked it yet, but I'm sure it "borrows" many of the wallpapers and nicnt's from here and AZ.

I have basic designs based on the actual wallpaper of the instruments, I made some 8dio wallpapers from their original images.. But I could work on any instrument, just send me the jpg you want me to adapt and I could resize, adjust, and edit the image to look great on kontakt... And If you can not find an image I could do an original image based on your requirements.. It is just a bit of photoshop work.. Here is a screen of my kontakt instruments ... pretty basic I am not a pro digital designer but it is better than nothing ...

 

It's not an encrypted library so something wrong with .nicnt... have you done any changes or is the first time you added this library?

 

Nice that pretty much how I did it myself if your interested you can started a thread with all your work and if your open for request your sure gets some hits. But I must warn you and this is based off experience don't like overcome you or anyone. Thanks

 

nope...just downloaded added the nicnt and wallpaper and tried to add to Kontakt

 

I'm guessing you don't know how to change the spnid inside the .nicnt with notepad++. I believe it clashing with another library
