Running into an issue on a few libraries recently where the snapshots/presets area is greyed out. I can only use the initial patch that loads with the library. See the screenshot. I've seen this on some Triple Spiral Audio and Audiofier libraries. There's nowhere else in the library to switch patches. I looked and couldn't find a thread here already. Anyone know how to get this fixed? Thanks!
