    Slate Digital dropped FG-Dynamics, a plug-in capturing the channel dynamics section from an SSL 4K-series analog console. No, it’s not the infamous bus compressor we’re talking about, but the channel dynamics with compressor and expander/gate sections.

    Price and availability
    FG-Dynamics is sold for USD 149. An iLok USB dongle is required for authorization. It’s also part of the Slate All-Access Pass subscription. A 15-day trial version is available. The plug-in works under macOS 10.12+ and Windows 8+ in 64-bit VST, AAX, and AU formats.
