Does anyone have a # or a direct contact to Slate Digital?

I emailed them fri and last night, and messaged them on fb, no response.

I am trying to figure out if I can get the VMR for 50% with ilock2. Right now the deal is only $99 with no ilock2, but I need an ilock2. So I want the deal with 50% with ilock2. This shouldnt make a difference I mean it is still 50% off.

The thing is they haven't responded to my messages to confirm this.

I don't want to receive the message tmrw, and then have the sale be over. I need to know now.

Can someone help me out?



EDIT: Also, if the chance that they cannot do the deal, where is the cheapest and fastest I can order an ilock2 to Canada? Thanks.

 

Try getting at Steven on Facebook via the pages Slate Digital LLC, or Slate Audiophiles, or even some of the Slate Digital threads over at Slutz - Steven himself frequently makes appearances at all of those places.

Ask him Von Steyr from AS said if he is still down for the Benz deal.I have some smokin hot presets for FG-bomber.

So no response from anywhere, what should I do? Just get the VMR with no ilock2 and wait for response tmrw? And see if they will be able to give me VMR with ilock2 for 50% off? If not I order ilock2 tomorrow?

No they probably won't give you an iLok A) because they'd have to ship it internationally and clear customs. and B) with the sale price, its not in their margins to give.

And its iLok not iLock, which is why you couldn't find a retailer on google.

 

Makes sense. I ended up getting the VMR instead of the everything bundle subscription. Idk but for me I would just rather pay once and have the plugin forever and not worry about a subscription every year, and it's not like I am going to use everything in the everything bundle. Ive heard and seen great things about Slate so I see myself using these plugins for a long time, so I think in the long run it would be cheaper for me if I just buy. I also have a bunch of other plugins like some Waves, FabFilter, etc.

What's the difference between iLok2 and iLok3 besides an updated physical look?

Do I need iLok3 or could iLok2 work? What are the benefits of getting an iLok3?

EDIT: Where can I Find an iLok3 that will ship to Canada? I don't think they have an iLok3 in Long & Mcquade

I purchased my iLok2 directly from Slate.

 

Is the ilok3 even out yet? I cant find it anywhere.

EDIT: Sweetwater seems like the only option. Are there any others that ship to or is in Canada?

 

Man you live in Canada, not in India.You can get an ilok with ease from dozens of stores, online and in your town probably.
