I would say it will get off the list of default hosters for uploading, which does not mean it will be disallowed as an additional storage provider. But i'm not Saint, so i dunno for sure.

 

i don't get why people do this. six months of rapidgator premium costs $49.99 on the rapidgator website. six months of real-debrid costs $18.02, and it includes six months of rapidgator premium. even if you didn't need access to the four dozen other hosters included, why would you pay an extra $31???

Just wait a few hrs after stuff gets posted and get everything you want from a certain torrent site.

 

That's a shame since it worked very well with Real-Debrid

i know that real-debrid does, because i have used it in the past. but it isn't automatic. you need to contact them. here are the instructions:

How it works -
By default, all servers IP addresses are blocked on Real-Debrid in order to prevent abuses.
The VPN services are using servers to operate, they can be affected by these restrictions.
If you don't have a VPN yet and that you want to use one, we recommend to choose one of "cooperative VPN" : https://real-debrid.com/vpn

How to know if your VPN IP address is blocked on Real-Debrid -
Once connected through your VPN, please go to this page: https://real-debrid.com/vpn

- Also, if you're getting the error "ip_not_allowed_X.X.X.X" during unrestricting a link, your VPN IP address is currently blocked. Please contact us.

Alldebrid here too, have been many problems in the past with Rapidgator (download limitations, BIG slowdowns, interruptions...), and never with Uploaded.

Other hosts that have never betrayed me (no hidden limitations, no failure):

- Uptobox (very reliable, all the torrenting system of Alldebrid pass by it)
- Turbobit
- Mega
- 1Fichier
- Zippyshare (only through Alldebrid, by itself this site is a hell full of malicious scripts and ads, BUT when you use an intermediary like alldebrid or any other debrid service, everything's allright)

Of course this is seen from a certain point of view, I'm not a client of these services (and I'm not affiliated with anything), so I don't have all the inconveniences in using these sites directly.

...But I understand that behind the choice of the sister site's admin, there is an aspect that supercedes all other aspects: money.

Running a site like Sister's + this one must cost a hell lot of dollars, because of the indispensable security involved, and the growth of the traffic implying an expensive bandwidth, it's a big responsibility, so I understand that the argument of reliability and stability of a service doesn't always win in the balance...

Sure, RG has the best retention of all -- but if you compare uploaded with any of the other sites, they tend to be there a lot longer. Most places, the upload seems to disappear after a month or two. Hopefully, wherever sister site transfers the new affiliation to, it'll have equally long retention times.
