This happened to me this morning and there's no way no know why they did it and/or ways to appeal it.
I don't know why they would do this since it's my studio IP and the only computer connected to it is for downloading from AudioZ and watch movies. Anybody else had this ?

Ps: i can access the website from my phone and other computers and my account there is still up.

I can see that you've used too many IP. You're probably under VPN and one of the IP's that your VPN provides might be already in our blacklist :dunno:

I don’t think it’s browser dependent, I’ve tried with safari, Firefox, chrome. I think It’s the company that runs capture that lists certain vpn operators as “suspect “ or has had customers being attacked from such servers. I’m not sure if it’s something that the administration of a particular site can clear those servers again and let through. if that is possible it would be super nice though

ublock yes, but how does this work? what has an adblocker to do with the captcha security system NA? I thought it was as I named just a list that cloud protection company uses by default “blacklisting” certain servers they’ve had problems from in the past.

and to get rid of it a customer website admin has to choose to actively clear that server\range whatever. it’s what I got out of it back when I did a little research curious of why I got captcha every time I happened to have vpn on when I entered here

It was more of a shot in the dark because I never had these captchas and used these tools even before my first visit there.
Looks like you need someone smarter than me in that topic - which shouldn't be too difficult. [IMG]
Since you called for the boss, I'm convinced he'll show up.

Its your VPN all around. Mine works great here, no captcha's or blacklists here or the sister site, but I am blacklisted from places like Craigslist and eBay, and one public torrent site, RARBG, makes me do a captcha every time I go unless Im on my real IP. Ive also noticed the pop up porn ads are way more frequent on the VPN there as well. Mine is even blacklisted from looking at Waldorf and MOTU's websites, I have to tunnel out of the VPN to download drivers for my interface or jump on the forums. It all depends on how much damage the other clients of your VPN have done with their exit nodes so far. If your VPN is worth anything, they should have a way to allow you to route traffic outside the tunnel. I have a route list a mile long in AirVPN's client for those sites that block it.

the reason is the same - CloudFlare (service where that captcha is coming from) finds your IP suspicious and wants to check you.

maybe it's time for you to choose a new VPN

Yeah, some services get put on “trouble” lists because of sometimes random issues, stuff that may have happened long time ago, cloudfare is known to carry “blacklists” in time, the particular website owners can then choose to whitewash those providers/servers. when that happens cloudfare then deletes them from their “trouble” list.
