I'm working on a new track. it isn't finished yet and there are some things that I am not really happy with, e.g. song structure or several sounds.

Mmm yes I like it, has a sort of future garage sound. I agree the structure isn't particularly defined so its a bit difficult to follow as a story. When I hear that pad come in I feel you need a vocal. Something minimal yet sexy, could be female or male maybe chop it up a bit.

I agree with the vocal thing. and I'm still considering who (of my friends) could sing the female vocal parts.

Why get a Female Friend to sing the part?

There are some ASTOUNDING acapella and Vocal Sample collections out there.

I am DEFINITELY in the FEMALE VOX fan club and think that in this case it is JUST the thing needed to SEX it up.

@pilz971: what collection do you recommend?
the problem in this case: in the chorus I used two chinese loops (guzheng or related, don't know) that sound in the mix a little like female vocals with a clearly definded melody...at least in MY ears/head. and i'd like to have a lady singing exactly that melody. *yes*

I think I'll let the track go how it is.
there are far more tracks I'm working on, enough chances to put it some vocals parts. But I'll keep the Vengeance, S2S or Vipzone stuff in mind.

Good groovy dance song in a wrong body ;) more of an ambient type of arrangement. But actually fine with me because it doesn't loose its flow and style this way.
Really nice sound work and well balanced parts. I like this one. Its pretty special!
