Not me personally but for the whole community here

If it were only mere copying and merging i'd be happy to do it, but we're talking about changing all 127.0.0.1 to 0.0.0.0 plus making sure there are no duplicates and don't forget about separating it into categories, from blocking known ad servers to microsoft's telemetry ips then warez, so it's easier to navigate and change it if individuals would want to do so, would be a cake walk for someone with basic programming skills to make it happen, but unfortunately not for me

It can be done, no doubt. It's a diligence task that can be done easily with a text editor (search & replace) even without any programming knowledge.

However, I still think that this collection would be of no use to many people, because if all the ideas about the HOSTS file (MS telemety, Ads...) were summarized here, there would be hundreds if not a thousand of entries.
Then everyone would have to spend a long time deleting the entries he does not want to have.
This does not save any more time.

If we can agree to make only the basic entries in the HOSTS file, we will at least have some overview. I would limit this to audio and video/2D programs and utilities that we all use frequently.
But even there you should limit yourself to the hosts that really call home or the activation servers.

You can bring in a bit of structure into the HOSTS. Example I put below in the spoiler.
I didn't put more than one host into one line because it's more readable.

The ads servers or the telemetry servers I would not include by default. Not only because the sheer lenght of the lists but they are often set by utilities like "Win 10privacy" (or even by R2R) and these utilities won't find their entries again when we fiddle with them.

After some research, I found informations to make the function of the HOSTS file clearer. And why we should take care of the possible conflicts between HOSTS <-> firewall <-> Ad blockers

To avoid unintentionally locking our computers partly or in whole, we should block certain Apps/services using only one measure at a time to avoid duplicates. In the following order (global --> specific needs) we should be aware of of what we really want to block:

    1) HOSTS file: It completely blocks access to the hosts entered there for all programs and services by redirecting them on the DNS level. Only whole hosts can be blocked, but not specific ports.
You can edit the HOSTS file with any text editor (run as Admin) but never use any extension, like '.txt' otherwise HOSTS will stay as before and a new file 'HOSTS.txt' will be saved that isn't of any funtion.
Also dont forget to flush DNS cache after editing the HOSTS file! (in search bar type 'cmd'. Then in the appearing window type 'ipconfig /flushdns' & enter). If you don't flush the cache Windows could use a prior version of the HOSTS with unwanted effects.--->

    2) Firewall: Either with the built-in firewall or 3rd firewall, network traffic can be targeted very specifically. Because it is a powerful tool, it is also complicated to use if we go into detail.
Mainly for Audio we can block Applications in the firewall --->

    3) Adblockers: With Ad blockers we can block sites we don't want to se or we don't want to track us. They are specific to a browser and won't block the sites in another installed browser.

If you want to check and manage your HOSTS file here is a simple Manager App:
