Hey there,

I've been getting this error non-stop when trying to execute any setup from the recent AUDIOUTOPiA releases (see attached photo). No matter what I do, Windows tells me that "Setup.exe has stopped working..." Even when I try to extract with WinRAR or 7Zip, I get dialog box errors saying that Setup has an error. I've also tried extracting these from a Mac with the same results. Can anyone please offer any suggestions?

I'd appreciate it.

P.S., I should add that I do use iLok2 and have plugins that I've purchased.

if you have 2 folders i mean folder inside folder then create only one folder and execute the setup .
just take a setup folder and put it in the desktop.

if it not working then install visual c++ 2012

Thanks for your reply, I took one of the setup.exe's and even executed out of my main Windows root folder with no luck. Also, I already had Visual C++ 2012 installed. In fact I downloaded it anyway and when I tried to setup it gave me the option to repair. Any other suggestions?

 

you might also need the.net framework 4.0/+ turn off antivirus while reunning. Re-extract your rar, then try running as admin.

 

and turn off all that error reporting things, problem solving crap... disable unneeded services and shit

 

Run as admin should solve your problem. At least it worked for me...
