Hi,

I meet a problem with my serum presets : a lot of them didn't appear in the browser of the VST.

for example in this folder I have around 450 presets : https://www.noelshack.com/2020-13-5-1585285596-screen-1.png

and in serum just 20-30 appear : https://www.noelshack.com/2020-13-5-1585285597-serum.png

I already elete the database file and rebuild / rescan
My version of serum is compatible with the presets
The location of presets scanned by serum corresponds to the location of the folder containing all my presets

How can I fix this problem ? Thanks you !

 

i think you should put your presets here
C:\Users\ YOURUSERNAME \Documents\Xfer\Serum Presets\Presets\

instead of that folder .. CMIIW since i don't use WIN anymore

 

I already move the folder to this location but presets don't showing too

i have over 11'700 Presets in that folder
C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Xfer\Serum Presets\Presets
i tnk its better u put full banks (by me 246 banks) in that folder not onyl presets

 

banks ? They are not banks file with serum

 

You have to reinstall serum and make sure you dont change the location of the preset banks..
Which is indeed in c:users/your name/documents/xfer

It shouldve installed the preset architecture there, and if its not in that location, then your installer for serum is corrupt or incomplete

This are Banks not Presets
for example2... in 1 Bank i have 60 Presets or more in other Banks
