Serious concerns with Ableton Push 2.

    I think the Push 2 is way faster for a lot of things. How long have you been using it? Are you losing time because you're spending time looking around for things in the Push screen/menus?

    Surely loading third party plugins is better done without clicking away from wherever you are in the browser (or sometimes without even having to open it). If you're not into playing the drum pads, then I guess you're sequencing them which IMO is the single greatest improvement over using a mouse (especially with the nudge and swing knobs, given they seem to have finer resolution than Alt + Left/Right to nudge). It's a small thing but I hate adjusting volume faders in Live because of the lack of scroll wheel functionality, so the mix mode gets a lot of use too.

    Tbh there are certain fuctions of Simpler that I don't even know where to find on the Ableton interface. To each his own. I still use primarily the mouse, but it's about 60-40. When I'm sitting in front of Live with Push turned off I feel a bit handicapped.
