some plugin manufacturer aren't any humble at all they charge expensive for their plugins even when on sale, you think they have love for music but nah that's why i buy plugin alliance plugins even if they are cracked because they support young producers. f**k softube, uvi, tc electronic and oeksound for overpricing their bar of code like it's some luxury stuff even software who's worth millions doesn't go at these prices.

I also own a legit license, but that doesn’t make me wanna sell It now just because it has been cracked :dunno:
However you still should be able to do so unless the macOS version is still uncracked and there are a lot of people who want the plug-in.

Don't forget most Pro studios use Mac so you should easily sell those on Gearslutz or somewhere just not here. Maybe if you lower the price a bit.
I'm a Mac user but I absolutely hate iLok, their shitty software and transfer fees. I'm hoping R2R put nail in their coffin. I purged myself of most cracked plugins and went legit last year. Too much choice kills creativity and disturb workflow. It's nice to try stuff like Softube but it's like driving Ferrari without driving licence. :) Now back to making some music.

I don't think that will happen. Instead of making developers think "We'll no longer invest in copy protection" it will just make devs and Pace double down and say "See, this is why we need to continue to invest in ever stronger forms of protection" and legit customers will have software that's more and more complex, slow and bloaty to run because of all the extra layers of CP crap.

So in a way, the hackers breaking this stuff also contribute to the problem. It's a cycle...

The main winners are the folks running the Ks without worry about CP failures, authorisation problems, and slow/bloaty CP running...

recording studios and independent musicians / composers who are making a living off music are buying licences, if i was making money off music, i would buy them too. what is 300euro after you receive a royalties drop of 70-80k eur etc ?

I get all the jokes lol, but if you're not using them a lot you do well in selling them. Damn, it's yours, you can do whatever you like.

Just be sure to check the legit requirements as they already told you because they seem to be complex. In this forum you're more likely to get advice than actually sell them. But you never know because, again, many people here buy their stuff.

It's more like barbarian ass-pirator modaflower but yeah, that's the gist of it.

    Oops, I forgot that I'm his step-sequencer.. I mean step-brother..

As someone who is offloading their stuff for R2R, my thought process is fairly simple. As someone who is aspiring to be an audio engineer, investment in this field is fucking expensive. All the plugins are expensive. All the hours of learning the ropes are time-consuming. So anyway I can lessen either of those things by having the same tools as the top tier of guys without the cost is great to me. This is an industry laden with sharks and snake oil salesman. The percent of people pirating is a fraction of the ones that are paying, anyway. Even the most reputable sites or devs cant escape the spiral of PR, price gouging, and FOMO marketing, with their legion of fanboys on FB group. Plugin Alliance for example, frankly, is a fucking joke whenever it is not their sale season. They put their regular price sky high and then reduce it to closer to its actual price by the time sale around, then presented it as "saving". In this field maybe only FabFilter or Emperical Labs products are worth the coins. The rest is give or take. When I actually make it (if I ever will), I'll buy them legitimately because it becomes a cost of running a business. But for now, I'm ok with pirating whenever I can.

Does it make that much of a difference to you to sell it?
Just keep it, man. Who cares about 250€. Help the developer.

To be fair, they did already help the developer by buying it from them in the first place. They're not asking for a refund. That's more than a lot of others on here can say, I'm sure?

This is an excellent metric by which to justify a plugin purchase.

He is double-helping the developer. Firstly, he paid for both licenses. And secondly, he will give the developer another $30 for transferring the licences ($15 each)

They are criminal. Indeed, the devs don't even need to get involved. Computers do it all. It is easy money. Fuck them the r2r way :headbang:
