But that is not the OPs fault. There is no such thing as "Urheberrecht" in most countries and it is a largely german phenomenon - which is probably also the reason for the false equation of these two concepts (Urheberrecht & copyright) in translation.

Copyright is purely a "Nutzungsrecht" (right of use). And "Nutzungsrechte" can be fully transferred to other persons in germany as well. The right of the author to be named - the "Recht auf Namensnennung" in german - can also be excluded by contract. In this case, you are still the author (unnamed), but in fact you no longer have any rights to your work.

    EDIT:

That means - as with everything else - if you offer your work as a ghost producer or you want to buy a work from a ghost producer, make sure that the contract is drawn up in such a way that it is valid in all countries. A simple certificate saying "You are the full owner of this track" is not sufficient in germany.

I can not to say any names. Because our deal is anonymous and confidential.
But I can tell you that you listen to ghost produced tracks everyday, my friend.
Today i had conversation with one very popular artist (without any names). They write me because i am the owner platform "I am Ghost Producer".
They buy the tracks and orderother services (for example Mix and Mastering or editing tracks).
This artist(s) have colaboration with top 5 Djs in The world (Dj Mag top 100). You listened to their tracks for sure.
Its normal practic. Without team you cannot to do everything.
We are like part of their team.

Oops, I forgot to mention this. Yes, copyright is separated in creator's right, right to copy/replicate and right to use - in Germany. Complicated shit. The latter two can be transfered in Germany (ofc), the first one not.

Maybe, maybe not. Even 300-year-old classical masterpieces are often co-/ghost-produced. It's the normality of this thing called music.

Dj Mag top 100 has been rubbish for years. When that EDM (for kids) broke, it went down hill very fast. Hawtin doesn't even get a slot anymore. Pure Sh1te

I dont believe too much in copyright. The question is: who is the real owner of the music we create?

Everytime I compose a song, every chord progression or rythmic pattern I play is the result of what I previously heard somewhere during all my life: despite I pretend to be in creative mode, I'm actually into recycling music.
An example of my usual procedure is starting from a sequence of 5 notes, maybe taken from an old cartoon soundtrack I use to love, then a 7th minor heard from a nice jazz intro, a hihat sequence from an 80's song, a lead sound from the 90's etc. That's how my creativity works and that's why I choose the name "Recycle".
It happens that any of the great artists use the same procedure: I constantly listen to songs with heavy musical referring to the past, I'm not talking about sampling, and not even copying patterns, the only term I can use is "quoting". The more my musical culture increases, the more I realize that no artistic solution is really new, everything I hear is actually a re-work of the past. When I listen to Morricone soundtracks, I cannot avoid thinking about Verdi or Puccini's operas, listening to Aphex Twin it is impossible not to recognize Stockhausen's work, any trap song of today contains all the research carried out on underground rap of the 80s.

If we were to really enforce copyright it would become impossible to compose anything because any artistic product is based on the work of previous composers (this is how culture works).
Copyright is against the free circulation of culture: an option could be to completely cancel the concept of intellectual property, and consider music as public domain from day 1, but then there would always be some profiteering jackal ready to exploit our work.
i'm not sure, maybe a "no copyright" world would be even worse for artists
