Secondhand Apollo Twin X, can I cash in on plugin promo?

    Was blessed to grab one of these guys on offerup and was hoping I could take advantage of the extra couple plugs going on right now. The F.A.Q. says no, but I've read some people say you can, without any details. I know it's a long shot and ill probably just have to deal with the 10 activated by default, but if anyone would know its you guys!

    So the previous owner had activated plugins? Was the ownership of these transferred to you?
