    Hi

Anyone having some experience with this microphone??

What jobs is it good for and is it worth 140 dollars?

  3. Give it a try. It used to be an expensive mic when it was in production. Though I never used it, I can see by it's frequency response http://recordinghacks.com/frequency-graphs.php/0832 that it has a funny little gradual 1 dB lift from 1500 to 8000 and then it balloons 5dB in the higher ups. It drops at about 200, so it will be a bright mic. Probably good for acoustic guitars and not cymbals and such. I guess it would be better on a guy rather than girl singing.
