In the email they sent me regarding the black Friday offers, the top part (graphic) of the email advertises "Studio One & Notation" whilst the bottom advertises "Studio One or Notation" so which is it to be? And or OR, Ive been looking for a cheap version of Studio One 3 Pro but not Notation. Looking at the prices if the deal is both versions of the software then nothings gained, thank you Presonus , but no thanks.

Man, thats a great deal. 60$ for the Artist is imo a steal.

There's definitely some stealing going on. :)

You also need to buy this to use any plugin you might own.

"VST and AU and Rewire Support
Add VST2, VST3 and AudioUnits support to Studio One 3 Artist and run any compatible plug-ins or virtual instruments! Also adds Rewire support for live integration with other software.
    £74.19"

Just buy Reaper at $60 and don't get ripped off.

Different softwares for different needs and workflows.
You're going out of your way to say "reaper costs less" in a post where somebody is letting others know about a discount, how is it even relevant to the discussion?

I didn't know about that website, thanks for the heads up! I can see that you can buy the upgrade as well which is really nice.

Did you even read what i wrote?

The major part of which was about the fact that studio one artist is not a great deal because you cant use plugins with it without paying another £74.19.

So the final cost for a useful daw is over TWICE as much as was stated.

So its not such a good deal at all.

Does that make it clearer for you?
