Getting the follwing error message on two different computers. One offline, other with bult-in Wi-Fi & NIC.

Any help or a possible solution would be greatly appreciated.

 

I downloaded the first PROX3 version, TRACER said that you could download future updates directly from the program so I did. I have the most recent update and the only "error" I have found is that Orange Vocoder isn't activated.
