Hi,

TL:DR, I can't register key fury as an instrument in Kontakt 7. How do i do it?


Long version:
I'm not sure I understand the procedure to get Kontakt libraries working... I've gotten it working for several libraries but I find it clunky. Am I supposed to always launch the library tool? There is an "add library" and also "add NKS library" tool, but also I can sometimes just add libraries straight in from the content browser.

I don't really know when the library i'm trying to import is a 'proper' kontakt library or not. In the case of Key Fury, i think it is a 'proper' one, but I am having trouble importing it. I can load it in via 'open' but i'd like to have it on the left hand pane of the instrument selector. When I use method I normally do (drag folder onto R2RKTMGR), I get the error:
Product was not found in the built-in database, This should happen in new libraries, try registering from the *.nicnt file.

I've tried updating nativeaccess.xml by downloading native access and letting it update, but that didn't work.

Next was Nicnt file, but I don't have an nicnt file for key fury... When I use the Nicnt Maker tool (which I don't know how to properly use), it doesn't seem to work and in fact it throws a registry error--Does key fury have to be registered in the SNPID list?

I thought i might just be able to load the folder in to the browser but it doesn't show up...

Any clues on how to register Key Fury?
